Sean Perry Wins (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at seanperrywins.net and associated subscription services. We are a sports analysis and information service. We publish sports picks, analysis, and commentary for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Purchasing a subscription from Sean Perry Wins is the purchase of information content — not a chance to win money and not a gambling transaction.

All paid subscriptions are managed and processed through Winible. By subscribing, you also agree to Winible’s Terms of Service.

4. Informational Purpose & No Guarantee

Sports picks are the personal opinions of Sean Perry based on his research and analysis. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. Past performance does not guarantee future results. No representation is made that any subscriber will achieve any specific outcome based on any pick, analysis, or communication provided by Sean Perry Wins.

You assume full responsibility for any decisions you make based on content from Sean Perry Wins. Sean Perry Wins and Sean Perry are not liable for any financial losses, damages, or other negative outcomes arising from your use of this service.

5. No Gambling Facilitation

Sean Perry Wins is not a gambling service. We do not:

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription fees are charged through the Winible platform. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation policies are as displayed on the Winible platform at time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Winible. Sean Perry Wins does not directly process payment card information.

All sales of information content are final. Refunds, if any, are handled at our sole discretion and processed through the Winible platform in accordance with Winible’s refund policies.

7. SMS Communications — Consent, Opt-Out & Program Details

How to Opt Out: You may opt out of all SMS communications at any time, for any reason, at no cost, by replying any of the following keywords to any text message you receive from us:

Upon receiving any opt-out keyword, we will send you one final confirmation message and then immediately cease all further SMS communications. No additional messages will be sent after opt-out confirmation.

How to Opt Back In: If you have previously opted out and wish to re-enroll in the Sean Perry Wins SMS program, you may do so by:

• Texting START to the same number you originally received messages from
• Re-submitting your mobile number via the opt-in form on our website

Re-enrollment is entirely voluntary. Upon re-enrollment you will receive a confirmation message confirming you have rejoined the Sean Perry Wins SMS Alerts program and will resume receiving messages at the stated frequency.
